This client design + build management project is located in the Harbor Beach neighborhood of Fort Lauderdale. The owner brought us in mid-way through the project to speed up completion and get the family in before the Holidays.
Our scope of work includes the design, procurement, and construction administration on the primary bathrooms, laundry room and mudroom. Scope also includes consulting on all remaining design throughout the home and providing construction administration for all remaining design-related items. Projected completion; late-November 2019.
