TREEHOUSE
BEFORE
AFTER
The first design step in fixing both the curb-appeal and functionality of the property was to build the new 2-car garage with the new driveway coming straight in off the street. This also allowed Janie & JP to design an entrance courtyard further separating the home from the street.
Walking through the front door you are now greeted by a bright, open, functional space all centered around entertaining. To further create more visual space openings were created in the exterior block walls for new sliders to provide unobstructed views of the new pool area surrounded from all areas of the living, dining and designer kitchen.
An old wood addition was demolished and a new addition was constructed across the rear of the home allowing for the expansive kitchen and new master bath. The navy blue kitchen cabinetry accented by solid brass hardware and topped by natural Quartzite counters seem to stretch for acres. Built for the culinary afficianado, the walk-in butlers pantry provides white shaker cabinets and butcher block counters as a contract in simplicity. In the master bath natural stone vessel sinks with wall-mounted faucets atop the custom wood floating vanity contrast with the simplicity of bright white subway tile.
