Spec / Investment Home (AirBnB) 

Located in Wilton Manors, FL this Mid-Century Modern home was another investment project re-imagined by Janie & JP for Restore 818. This Interior Design project was a real reminder in the importance of a renovation having the right structural foundation.

In hindsight JP says he would have never acquired the property. But then again he says the lessons learned from decisions like these bring a huge profit in themselves. It is only with their experience designing and renovating dozens of homes with investment dollars at risk that Janie & JP are today equipped to successfully guide homebuyers in finding and qualifying a fixer-upper with the right foundation to become their dream home.  

As you can see in the before & after photos below, Janie and JP did a great job of transforming a very challenging property into a beautiful bright South Florida home used as a high-demand and very profitable Airbnb vacation rental.
