In the course of transforming the dull and dated late-50’s duplex with tiny dark rooms into a bright, open-concept designer home with Janie’s twist on the Modern Farmhouse aesthetic there were dozens of challenges we solved. Kitchen + Bath Magazine chose these as their top 5:
