This cosmetic renovation in Fort Lauderdale’s prestigious Harbor Beach neighborhood reimagines a sprawling 7,000+ square foot residence through STUDIO 818’s signature Design Build Concierge™ lens.

Brought in midstream after costly delays and repeated missteps under previous leadership, our team was tasked with regaining control, restoring trust, and delivering a design vision that would finally match the home’s potential. The scope included multiple bathrooms, a reconfigured laundry room, and a mudroom built for both function and finish.

To capture the laid-back elegance our clients wanted, we infused the interiors with a Luxury Beach Boho aesthetic—STUDIO 818 style. That means elevated material selections like natural stone, hand-selected custom tile, and bespoke millwork that lend depth and intention to every surface.
